To all our customers across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific region, thank you for your partnership and trust. Whether you have been with us for multiple decades or are newer to our community, your engagement and feedback have been crucial in shaping our solutions and driving our growth. Your support fuels our commitment to innovation and excellence.
I also extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our staff, present and past, those who have been with us since the early days, to those who have recently joined the Triton family. Your dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm are the backbone of our company. Each of you has played and does play a vital role in our success and in delivering exceptional solutions our customers expect and deserve.
From humble beginnings in Christchurch, starting in a spare room at our cofounder Ian Jackson’s house in 1984, to when our former CEO Tony Olissoff drove expansion with incorporation of a new entity, in 1992. This resulted in further expansion in 1993 with the privilege I had of establishing our Australian operation, a significant step that helped solidify our presence and expand our reach in the region.
Another pivotal moment in our history was the transition to an employee-owned structure in 2013. This marked a major generational change and successfully transferred ownership to the new generation. This shift not only invigorated our business but also reinforced our commitment to a shared future, ensuring that every team member has a stake in our collective success.
As we look forward to the future, let us continue to build on these foundations with the same passion and integrity that have brought us this far. Here’s to celebrating our past achievements and to the exciting opportunities that await us.
